- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 1 slice each lettuce, tomato
- 2 ounces chicken breast
- 2 t whipped salad dressing
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup yogurt
Dinner
- 1/2 pinto beans
- 1 piece cornbread (2”x2”x2”)
- 1/2 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup stewed tomatoes
- 1 T tub margarine (LF)
- 17 grapes
