Note:
At present there is a problem with how transclusions are processed from Template limits. There are several ways to address this limitation but there are also some bugs pending resolution. As is, it is impossible to guarantee that all the book's content is displayed on those pages. You can post a request for resolution at Wikibooks:Reading room/Technical Assistance.

There are several solutions against this problem:

  1. Use the Lua pages inclusion (cf. {{Printable}}).
  2. Add the optional templates such as the pages footers between <noinclude></noinclude>.
  3. Split the print version in two pages.
