Diazepam (Valium) is one drug that can be used for suicide. Wikipedia has a whole article on benzodiazepine overdose. Diazepam and other benzodiazepines are not as lethal as barbiturates, and generally won't kill when used by themselves, but they can sometimes get the job done when mixed with alcohol or other depressants. There is an antidote (flumazenil) to diazepam overdose, though, so one would want to be careful to avoid discovery and medical intervention.
