  1. Soak the fruit in the tea for 24 hours
  2. Mix flour, sugar, egg, spice, fruit, and jam in bowl to make a batter.
  3. Spoon batter into a loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes at 325°F.
  4. Let cool, remove from tin, then glaze with honey.
