Black can accede to the draw immediately with 10...Kf8 11.Ng5 Qe8 (the queen is trapped after 11…Bxg5?? 12.Bxg5) 12.Qf5+ Kg8 13.Qd5+ etc.

Or Black can make White put some more effort in with 10...d6.

Objectively, 10...Rf8 is best avoided, as it commits Black to sacrificing queen and knight for two rooks on e7, for example 11.Bg5 cxb2 12.Rae1 d6 13.Bxe7 Nxe7 14.Qb5+ c6 15.Qxb2 Rf6 16.Qb3 d5 17.Rxe7+ Qxe7 18.Rxe7+ Kxe7. White is probably better despite the material favouring Black, as it's going to require some ingenuity just to get the queenside rook and bishop off their starting squares.
