A tasty cake that doesn’t require baking.

- 2 pounds (900 g) of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 pint (570 ml) of cream
- ¼ cup (60 ml) of granulated sugar
- 1 ea. ready-made pie crust, blind-baked
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Rinse and clean strawberries.
- Combine sugar and cream in large mixing bowl, and whip until soft and fluffy.
- Spread whipped cream in pie crust.
- Spread strawberries over whipped cream.
- Cover and chill overnight.

- Any remaining strawberries or cream can be stored for later use.
