This textbook identifies and develops the skills, knowledge and core competencies required in the client, the supplier and advisor organizations to enable the outsourcing market to grow and to realise the business value. The industry needs a higher number of experienced and qualified technicians, enterprise architects and managers that can cope with the complexity of working in multi-sourcing environments. The aim is to develop a general curriculum and supporting textbook that will be the standard text for a specialized MBA/MSc degree in the management of outsourcing agreements.
