Mentoring is considered an important activity in both teacher education and in schools. Here we try to give an overview over key mentoring skills and mentoring theories. Our primary target group is teachers who work as mentors for student teachers or newly educated teachers in school. Several of the chapters in this book will be peer reviewed.
