  1. Mix all ingredients gently (do not use mixer).
  2. Let batter stand ½ hour.
  3. Fry on hot griddle.
  4. Serve with butter, brunost (brown/goat cheese), or Nugatti Crisp (caramel/hazelnut dessert spread).
