Okro soup is a Nigerian delicacy mostly eaten as dinner.

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Combine the meat, onion, and stock cube in a pot over medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Cover everything in the pot with water, and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the stockfish, and simmer until the meat is soft. Stir in the palm oil.
  4. Grind together the pepper, crayfish, and ogili. Stir into the pot.
  5. Stir in the okra, cover the pot, and let cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
