Ndambé is a traditional Senegalese stew prepared with black-eyed peas.

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Cut the meat into smaller pieces, then boil and drain it.
  2. Heat some groundnut oil in a skillet. Add the onions and meat, and fry until browned.
  3. Combine the meat and onions with all remaining ingredients in a pot. Cover generously with water and simmer for 2 hours.
  4. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
