Mascarpone cheese makes it light and fluffy, while chocolate adds flavor and richness.
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese or Mozzarella cheese or Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- a pinch or two of salt
- Whisk together all ingredients in your serving bowl. Serve as a dipping sauce with beignets, fruit, or serve over ice cream.
