- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ tsp dill weed
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 medium cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup sliced onion
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, dill, and salt.
- Add cucumbers and onion, and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with slotted spoon.
