- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbs. vanilla extract
- 1 cup cream
- 1 slice butter
- Melt your butter in an oven pre-heated to 325° F (165C).
- Then mix your eggs, cream, vanilla, and sugar, pour it over the berries in a large, shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 45 mins to an hour and ZING! You've got a hot n' bubbly Bumbleberry Soufflé!!!
