1. g4 - Grob's Attack[edit]

This opening is a bit of a trap with some clever lines, Black would be best advised to develop normally and not over reach to take the g4 pawn, unless the accurate theory is known as there are many tricks, but assuming you avoid them, it is equal.

Statistics[edit]

No stats as 1. g4 occurs rarely among serious chess players.
