The file namespace list all files uploaded to Wikibooks and describes them. Wikibooks requires that all uploaded files include proper copyright and licensing information on their description page. Some files (like images, videos, and audio files) can also be embedded on pages.

My file is missing a copyright tag, or has {{no license}}
What you need to do is go to the file's description page (for images just click the image wherever you inserted it), edit the page, and add a correct tag. For example, if the file is a work of the US government, add: {{PD-USGov}}. For screenshots, give the screenshot the same license as the program itself has. For your own work we recommend that you dual-license your work.
