Story

The game takes place in Liberty City, 1998, before the events of Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto taking place in 2000 and 2001. You start out playing as Toni Cipriani, a made man and Capo for the Leone Mafia family last seen in Grand Theft Auto III, returns to the city after a period of "laying low", having killed a "made man" before to the approval of don Salvatore Leone. Upon arrival, however, he finds that the Leones have moved on with business and Toni's position as Capo was seized by another member. Starting again as a low ranking goon of Salvatore's mob, Toni must once again work his way back up to his former position as the second-in-command to the don. You, the player, will assume the role of Tony Cipriani upon arrival in Liberty City.

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

After the cutscene go to Saint Marks and talk to the dealer. He says hes sick, but you got to take him anyway. During the drive you figure out that the Sindaccos are dealing on Leone turf. Take him to Chinatown and you have done the mission.

Dealing Revenge

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

  • Missions: Slacker
  • Location: Vincenzo's Place, Atlantic Quays, Portland

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

The dealer from Slacker was killed! You have to get revenge. Drive to Chinatown and park in the yellow marker. After you talk to the Sindacco gang member, kill him. Then kill the other two Sindacco members and you have beaten the mission.

Tips[edit | edit source]

  • If you get the bat outside your hideout then it will be much easier to kill the first Sindacco
  • If you get back in your car after you kill the first one then you can just run over the other two but watch out for getting busted by the cops

Reward[edit | edit source]

  • $500

Snuff

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

  • Missions: Dealing Revenge
  • Location: Vincenzo's Place, Atlantic Quays, Portland

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

JD O'Toole wants to be on your side now so why not let him. You have to eliminate his bodyguards. Drive to Ammu-Nation and pick up the pistol that Vincenzo bought for you. Drive to the yellow marker in the construction site. Kill the first two guards that are in front of the tunnel. Then go through the tunnel and kill these two Sindacos too. Keep on going and kill JD's Sindacco bodyguard who is standing by a car. Pick up his phone as proof that you killed him. JD will call and tell you that he was watching you and that you can have that car. Just take the car to the Pay-N-Spray that is convieniently located right next to the construction sight and you have beaten the mission.

Tips[edit | edit source]

  • Kill the guard with the gun in the first set so you don't lose as much health
  • Pick up the guns that the guards drop so you have more bullets
  • The car that you get is a Hellenbach GT and probably is the fastest car you will have for a while so you should keep it

Reward[edit | edit source]

  • $1000

Smash and Grab

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

  • Missions: Slacker
  • Location: Vincenzo's Place, Atlantic Quays, Portland

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

You have to rescue some Mafiosi from a messed up heist of a gas station. You need a 4-seater car and luckily there's a Kuruma right outside Vincenzos place. The life of the Mafiosi is a kind of time bar and if you get there too late then you fail the mission. Drive past the cops at the gas station which will give you an automatic 2-star wanted level. Pick them up and try not to get pulled out of your car and get busted while your doing this. Now you have a 3-star wanted level so try to get all the way over to the Pay-N-Spray. This is very hard because you will almost definitely have your tires popped. After you get sprayed just head back to Vincenzo's and drop them off.

Tips[edit | edit source]

  • Get a heavy duty but still fast car to do this.(A patriot would work well)
  • If you could find a police bribe then you could make this mission much easier by tasking away the tire spikes
  • You have more than enough time to trade your car for a new one in case you get banged up on the way, so there's no reason not to get in on top shape
  • If you get in by rear, it's easier to leave and take the curve to the right as soon as the guys are in. Leaving quickly is the key.

Reward[edit | edit source]

  • $1000

Hot Wheels

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

  • Missions: Smash and Grab
  • Location: Vincenzo's Place, Atlantic Quays, Portland

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

You have to get a car stashed with drugs for Vincenzo. Drive to the car and get in it. Then you find out that Vinnie set you up and that you now have to get out of there. You can either drive to the lockup or to the Pay-N-Spray. Both of them are very far away so its your choice. Either way once you get to the lockup a conversation will ensue and now you know that that creep Vincenzo set you up. Make him pay for it and drive to the crusher. After you crushed it you have beaten the mission.

Tips[edit | edit source]

  • The choice between the Pay-N-Spray will probably determine the mission so if you are messing up try the other way
  • If you get your tires popped then go to the Pay-N-Spray first because you got almost no chance if you try to skip going there

Reward[edit | edit source]

  • Nothing but you get rid of that creep Vinnie

Bone Voyeur

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

  • Missions: Hot Wheels
  • Location: JD's strip club, Red Light District, Portland

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

You have to collect money from JD's girls so he can pay you the money he owes you. Get in the van with JD. You have to get $750 from his girls in a certain time limit. This will take about 6 or 7 girls. Some will just be standing on the street so pull up to these and they will dish out the money. A few are with their "customers". Ram the car and she will come out. One is with a pimp, so kill him and then collect her money.

Tips[edit | edit source]

  • You cannot wear Leone's Suit to do any of JD's missions or the Sindaccos will suspect something
  • All of the girls are in the Red Light District
  • Don't run over any girls or you don't get their money

Reward[edit | edit source]

  • 500

Don in 60 Seconds

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

  • Missions: Bone Voyeur
  • Location: JD's strip club, Red Light District, Portland

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

You have to drive Salvatore Leone back to his mansion without the cops getting him. Get in his car and immediately turn around and go to the Pay-N-Spray. You will have a wanted level by now. After that just drive to his mansion without getting another wanted level and you beat the mission.

Tips[edit | edit source]

  • You don't have to go to the Pay-N-Spray in this mission but it is a good idea
  • You have to use Mr.Leone's car. If you break it then you fail

Rewards[edit | edit source]

  • $0?
  • Mr Leone can now give you missions

A Volatile Situation

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

The Sindaccos want to take out the Leone casino! You have to stop them. This is probably your first very hard mission. You have to have some big guns to beat this mission. So go down to Ammu-Nation and buy the biggest gun they have. Go to the yellow marker and you will get a phine call from JD. He says that they are coming with cars with bombs to destroy the casino. The first 2 waves come in normal Sindacco cars. A guy will come out and you have to shoot him to stop him form putting the bomb on the wall. The next car that comes will be a Patriot. The same thing will happen. A guy will get out and you will have to shoot him. The fourth and final wave is a big truck rigged with a bomb. when they come and get out steal the truck and drive it as far away as possible. When the meter is full get out and run like heck. Once the bomb explodes you have beaten the mission.

Tips[edit | edit source]

  • There is an AK-47 a couple roofs over from Jd's. So go up his back stairs and hop a couple roofs until you reach the blue one. The gun is under a water cooler.
  • There is really no cover for this mission so body armor would be a real help.
  • There is health behind the casino in an alley if you run low.
  • Once the bomb is on the casino wall it CANNOT be defused.

Reward[edit | edit source]

  • $1000

Blow up 'Dolls'

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

Rig a Sindacco car with explosives and blow up an enemy casino. This is a nice easy mission compared to the last one. After the cutscene go out front and there should be a Sindacco car waiting out there. Take the car to 8-ball's bomb shop(behind the car dealership). Then carefully drive it to the casino. If you have the right car then the Sindaccos will let you in. Park the car in the garage and run out of the casino area. Once it tells you to blow the bomb, do it. Now sit back and watch a nice cutscene of a guy running aroung while on fire.

Tips[edit | edit source]

  • If you don't have the right kind of car then the Sindaccos will start to shoot you.
  • If you do too much damage to the car then you will blow up the car with the bomb in it.

Reward[edit | edit source]

  • $5000 (nice!)
  • You're done with JD for a while

Snappy Dresser

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

  • Missions: Blow up 'Dolls'
  • Location: Cipriani Restaurant, St.Marks District, Portland

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

You get to take a picture of a half-naked man, lucky you. Get in a car and drive to your hideout to get your camera. Then drive to Casa's shop in the middle of Chinatown. Follow him but don't get too close or you'll fail the mission. He'll pick up some girls a few blocks away and then he will head over to Callahan Point. You have 3 shots to get him and the two girls in the picture together. Casa is so ashamed. Take the pictures back to Ma and you complete the mission.

Reward[edit | edit source]

  • $100
  • You get yelled at by your Ma!

Big Rumble in Little China

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

  • Missions: Snappy Dresser
  • Location: Cipriani Restaurant, St.Marks District, Portland

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

You get to kill some Triads because your Ma thinks your scared. Get in a car and drive over to Chinatown. Ram the Triad's van and they will come out. Run over all of them. Go to Punk Noodles and keep on going. In a blocked alley there will be some Triads. Kill them with a micro-SMG and you beat the mission.

Reward[edit | edit source]

  • $0 (You get to hear the theme song)

Grease Sucho

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

This mission requires you to win in a streetrace against a streetracer named Sucho who Ma describes as "good to his mother". You will need a fast car for this mission. The Hellenbach GT from Snuff is preferable, but the Leone Sentinel or a Police Car can both be used.

Once the race has been completed, you are required to kill the racer. Once that is done, the mission is completed.

Tips[edit | edit source]

  • You can also get the Hellenbach GT from the showroom if you've done level 4
  • You should keep Sucho's car if you can. You will need it later if you are doing Love Media Garage.

Reward[edit | edit source]

  • $1000
