An Iron Staff is a large bludgeoning weapon similar to the Wooden Staff but made of solid iron rather than wood. Iron Staves are quite heavy, and only strong characters are able to wield them properly. This disqualifies many of the usual users of staves, and leads to the Iron Staff being one of the most uncommon weapons in the world.
