This veggie salad is a light vegetable salad with a dash of spice to it.

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Cut the green pepper into long thin strips.
  2. Toss vegetables together in a large bowl.
  3. Using a mortar grind the spices together, sprinkle over salad.
  4. Sprinkle walnut chunks over salad.
  5. Serve.

Notes, tips, and variations[edit | edit source]

  • One can easily substitute the cubes of tomato for cherry tomatoes or plum tomatoes, however, these both have seeds in them and the bitterness is often undesirable.
