If you think vanilla fudge is good, wait until you try the fancy vanilla fudge.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 2 ½ cups of sugar
  • ½ a cup of butter
  • 5 oz. Can of evaporated milk
  • 2 cups of marshmallow crème
  • 8 oz. White chocolate candy bar
  • ¾ cup of chopped pecan nuts
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Line the baking tray with foil (extending it larger than the tray) and grease it up with some butter
  2. In the saucepan combine the sugar, milk and butter
  3. Cook on the stove on a medium level and constantly stir and bring to boil
  4. Boil for 5 minutes after reaching the boiling point and stir the mixture constantly (so it doesn’t burn)
  5. Remove it from the heat
  6. Add the marshmallow crème, white chocolate, pecans and the vanilla extract
  7. Stir the mixture until smooth
  8. Pour into the tray
  9. Leave to cool to room temperature
  10. Then refrigerate till firm and the cut it up
  11. Enjoy!
