This tiramisu mousse is so-called because its flavor profile matches tiramisu.

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup espresso, cooled
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
- Cocoa powder
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, espresso, and eggs. Set aside.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Chill until set. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
