I call it Tiramisu Mousse because its got most of the flavors that tiramisu has.
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup espresso, cooled
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 cup whipping cream, beaten to soft peaks
- Cocoa powder
- Combine cheese, sugar, espresso, and eggs. Set aside.
- Gently fold in cream. Chill until set, and before serving dust with cocoa powder.
