Soda sữa hột gà, also known as egg soda, is a sweet drink made from egg yolk and carbonated water, popular in Vietnam and Cambodia.
|This dish contains raw eggs. Be advised that raw eggs may cause food poisoning and could be especially hazardous for the elderly, small children, and pregnant women.|
- 2 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg yolk
- carbonated water (as needed, 1-2 cups)
- two glasses
- Fill one glass with ice.
- In other glass, mix condensed milk and egg yolk.
- Add carbonated water to desired level, mix until blended well.
- Pour liquid over ice.
