Egg soda (Vietnamese: soda sữa hột gà, Khmer: សូដាក្រឡុកពងមាន់, lsau da kralok pongmean) is a sweet drink made from egg yolk and carbonated water, popular in Vietnam and Cambodia.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg yolk
- carbonated water (as needed, 1-2 cups)
- ice
- two glasses
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Fill one glass with ice.
- In other glass, mix condensed milk and egg yolk.
- Add carbonated water to the desired level, mix until blended well.
- Pour liquid over ice.
- Enjoy.
