Use this in place of regular black pepper for a burst of flavor. It's also great as a steak rub or blackening seasoning.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup black peppercorns
- ¼ cup whole coriander seeds
- ¼ cup rock salt
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 4 sugar cubes
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Combine everything, and put it in your pepper mill.
- Use like you would ordinary pepper.
