Procedure[edit]
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Wash, peel if you like, and cut potatoes into wedges longways.
- Toss in large bowl with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with thyme.
- Place potatoes in baking pan in one layer.
- Bake 15 minutes, turn, bake another 15 minutes.
