- 1 4-bone standing beef rib roast
- Prime Rib Seasoning
- Olive oil
- Brush roast with olive oil. Season all sides liberally with Seasoning.
- Place roast on a medium grill and cook, turning often, until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees F for medium rare, 145 for medium, and 160 for well/toast.
- Remove and cover with aluminum foil. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
