Easy Nachos

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 12 oz (360 g) bag tortilla chips
  • 1 lb (450 g) Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) chopped canned peeled green chilies (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (about 120 ml) chopped onion (optional)

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay the tortilla chips on a Cookie Sheet.
  2. Toss together the cheese, chilies and onion; sprinkle over the tortilla chips.
  3. Bake for about 2 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  4. Serve hot.
