Taiwanese cuisines originate from Chinese cuisine, with strong Japanese influence. Seafood is used quite often.

  • Bubble Tea - Very popular drink, can be found in many parts of the world.
  • Grass Jelly - Either as cold jelly or melted hot into thick liquid.
  • Aiyu Jelly - Made from the seeds of a fig-like fruit. Served on ice.
