- 4 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup white sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Store in an airtight container.
Use[edit | edit source]
For each serving of hot cocoa, add 2 heaping teaspoons of cocoa mix to 1 cup of hot water, and stir until smooth.
