Cassava Bread is a type of bread made with cassava flour. It can be served with stew, mayonnaise, or tea, and it is very easy to prepare at home if the right equipment is available.

- Egg
- Vinegar
- Honey
- Avocado oil
- Cassava flour
- Salt
- Baking powder

- Mixing bowls
- Knife
- Loaf pan
- Oven
- Wooden spoon
- Parchment paper
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Preheat the oven. Line the loaf pan with parchment paper, and grease with oil.
- Combine egg, vinegar, honey, and avocado oil in a small bowl.
- Combine cassava flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix in the egg mixture until you get a batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Bake for about 1 hour.
- Remove the pan from the oven, and carefully unmold the bread.
- Let the bread cool for about 1 ½ hours.
- Either serve it immediately or store in an airtight container.
