(1 large serving or 2 regular servings)
- 1 medium tomato
- about 3/4 the weight of Mozzarella cheese as the tomato
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- Italian seasoning or oregano and pepper (optional)
- A few basil leaves

Cut the tomato into about 5 slices. Put cheese on top of each slice of tomato. Put spices on that. Cut most of it in half, so you can put something inside without it falling apart. Put basil inside. Pour some vinegar and olive oil on top. Eat fresh. Enjoy!
(Note: do NOT mix the vinegar and olive oil)
