Ingredients[edit]
- 1/2 cup espresso, cooled
- 2 cups heavy cream, beaten to soft peaks
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- Pinch of salt
Procedure[edit]
- Combine all ingredients except cream. Gently fold in cream. Chill for 20 minutes; serve.
