Achi soup is a Nigerian soup prepared with meat and vegetables. Achi seed makes it easy and fast to prepare.

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Wash and boil all the meats in a pot. Add seasoning cubes, salt, and onions. Allow it to cook until the meat is soft.
  2. Stir in the pepper, crayfish, ogiri, and onions. Cook for at least 7 minutes.
  3. Add the palm oil, and taste for seasoning.
  4. Stir in the ground achi, adding water if it is too thick, and allow it to simmer.
  5. Stir in the uziza leaves. Simmer for at least 9 minutes.
  6. Serve.
