This language feature is available from Ada 95 on.

Ada.Unchecked_Deallocation is a unit of the Predefined Language Environment since Ada 95, although it was already present in Ada 83 as a root library unit (Unchecked_Deallocation). Ada 95 defined that name as a renaming of Ada.Unchecked_Deallocation for compatibility.
