I've created a number of tools for helping to automate or semi-automate the process of creating and improving books. I know that other users have similar tools, or are developing them. I will be creating new tools in the future as well. All my gadgets are easily accessible from User:Whiteknight/Book Creator.
To install all of my tools at once, go to Special:Preferences and click on the "Gadgets" tab. From there, check the box for "Whiteknight's Book Creator". This will install all my currently available tools and gadgets (requires Javascript).
