Any other move leads to 2. Qxc5#

2. Qb3#


This solution is wrong. "any other move leads to 2. Qxc5#" is wrong.

1. Qe3! c4 2. Qc5+ Ka4 (not checkmate in two moves)

...but the problem is still good

1. Qe3! c4 2. Qe8 mate
