Groups allow a team of players to work together and share experience and loot.

The first place that you may want to use a group is a quest that requires you to kill a bunch of something. As a group you will kill them faster and all of you will get the quest credit for killing them. Another good time to group is when there are a bunch of players all waiting for the same monster to respawn so they can kill it for a quest.

Creating a group[edit | edit source]

You can form a group just by right clicking on another player's portrait and selecting invite from the dropdown menu. Or type /invite followed by the player's name.

A group can be from 2 to 5 players, if you want to have more then 5 players start a group, and then convert to a Raid group.

Party chat[edit | edit source]

Members of a group can chat privately with each other by typing /p and then the message.

Buffs[edit | edit source]

Groups also share some buffs like Aspect of the Pack, Aspect of the Wild, and Blood pact.

Locating your group[edit | edit source]

Member locations show on both the mini map and the world map.
