I've created some good recipes over the years. Some of them were written down but the paper has been lost, and others were only stored in my fragile memory. One of my favorites was a recipe for healthy cookies, avoiding wheat flour in favor of peanut flour (that I would grind myself), buckwheat flour and soy flour, and finding the right combination of ingredients to produce a unique cookie that was crunchy and dense but not crumbly or hard. It took weeks of experimentation, and the effort was worthwhile at the time because the cookies became a regular weekend treat, but the recipe has been lost for years.

Technology has come to my aid. Cookbook will save my inventions longer than my failing memory and scraps of paper, and I hope other people will also enjoy them!
