Sociology originated in the end of the 19th century, is a branch of subject that studies the society. Sociology deploys various methods of study to conduct empirical researches and critical analysis, to develop and perfect a set of knowledge system that are relevant to the structures and activities of the human societies, and with the aims of using these knowledge to seek or improve social welfare. The scopes of studies in sociology are wide, which included from social actions or people interactions of the micro-hierarchies, to the macro-hierarchies of the social systems or structures. The bodies of sociology includes individuals, social structures, social changes, social problems, and social controls, so sociology always along with subjects such as economics, politics, anthropology and psychology be listed under the scope of social sciences.
