Micronutrients are essential elements needed by life in small quantities. They include microminerals and Vitamins. They are dietary minerals needed by the human body in very small quantities (generally less than 100mg/day) while macrominerals are required in larger quantities.

Wēiliàngyíngyǎngsù shì shēngwù shǎoliàng xūyào de zhòngyào yuánsù, bāokuò wēiliàngkuàngwùzhì wéishēngsù. Wēiliàngyíngyǎngsù shì réntǐ suǒxū hěn shǎoliàng (yībān shǎoyú 100mg/rì) de yǐnshí kuàngwùzhì, ér hóngliàngkuàngwùzhì zé dàliàng xūyào.
