Doufu is a food made from solidified soya milk. It is a material of East Asian and Southeast Asian cuisines. There are different varieties of doufu, including fresh and processed, in order to cook different dishes.

Dòufu shì nínggù dòujiāng zhìchéng d shípǐn, shì Dōngyà hé Dōngnányà měishí d cáiliào, yǒu bùtóng pǐnzhǒng, bāokuò xīnxiān hé jiāgōng d, yǐ pēngtiáo bùtóng d càiyáo.
