Delusion is a kind of firmly held wrong irrational belief that do not match reality and also cannot be realized. It includes wrong judgement and logic reasoning. Even if the truth or totally proved theory is put forward to the person with delusional belief, it is still hard to move his/her belief. Delusion occur when the person is in a state of psychosis, for example in cases of schizophrenia.
