Androgens is a general term for a group of chemical compounds. Within vertebrates, all can combine with androgen receptors, chemical compounds causing the maintenance and development of masculine characteristics, all can be known as androgens. Androgens are steroidal hormones, are naturally synthesized, but contemporary chemists have developed ways of artificial synthesis. What is worth noting is that for adult men no matter administering how much androgens, it is still unable to make reproductive organs to develop and grow again, in the contrary because of mismanagement of dosage, can cause more reproductive illnesses.
