This project is to create an Open Source religion and philosophy, transparent and accessible to all, directed to interest all without discrimination.
Open Religion is not like a traditional religion. It is like a philosophy, maybe an atheistic philosophy, without gods or goddesses, like Buddhism. In Open Religion, all points of view are true.
Introduction
[edit | edit source]Purpose of Open Religion
[edit | edit source]Source of Open Religion
[edit | edit source]The source of Open Religion is the findings of psychology, anthropology, and religious and cultural studies. Open Religion is based on academic work in comparative mythology and comparative religion; in other words, it is the result of direct work with the basic human archetypes. Carl Jung, Mircea Eliade, Claude Lévi-Strauss, Stanislav Grof and other researchers have inspired this book.
Philosophy of Open Religion
[edit | edit source]Terms of Open Religion
[edit | edit source]- Source (syn. Origin, zeroCycle, zeroObject, null) — source of everything, similar to Logos in Christianity, Brahman in Hinduism, Dharma or Nirvana in Buddhism, Ein Sof (Ayin) in Kabbalah Judaism.
- Object
- Person
- Soul
Structure of a Person
[edit | edit source]- Level of self-conscious subject — the level of Soul (similar to ego from the three parts of the psychic apparatus defined in Sigmund Freud's structural model of the psyche)
- Level of social program (name, gender, status, work, etc.) — level of Object Program (similar to super-ego from the three parts of the psychic apparatus defined in Sigmund Freud's structural model of the psyche)
- Biological and archetype level — level of Sub-Object Program (similar to Id from the three parts of the psychic apparatus defined in Sigmund Freud's structural model of the psyche)
Roger Penrose (an English mathematical physicist and Emeritus Rouse Ball Professor of Mathematics at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford and Emeritus Fellow of Wadham College) named the level of the self-conscious subject as the quantum mind.
We have the Quantum Mind (self-conscious subject) Level, and the Biological and Social Program Level (level of neuron and body).
First opinion
- Quantum mind (self-conscious subject) Level
- Body (neuron) Level (Biological and Social program Level)
