Cecil Ralph Newman Morris was a prominent amateur operator, amateur broadcaster, amateur club administrator in the late 1920s and early 1930s, and ultimately senior state public servant. His station callsign was initially 4CN (4=Queensland, C=Cecil, N=??) then 4LW (4=Queensland, L=Long, W=Wave) and he operated from Brisbane (Rosalie), Queensland.
