Arthur Nelson Stephens[edit | edit source]
Arthur Nelson Stephens was a prominent coastal radio operator, amateur operator, amateur broadcaster and amateur club administrator in the mid 1910s to mid 1920s and early 1930s, and ultimately senior state public servant. His station callsign was 4CG (4=Queensland, C,G allocated sequentially) and he operated from Brisbane, Queensland.
