Ingredients[edit | edit source]

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Put sugar, soy sauce, and water in a pan. Simmer until sugar melts and boils, stirring so as not to burn.
  2. Add rice flour, and mix well to form a dough.
  3. Heat dough in a microwave for 30–40 seconds, take it out, and mix well. Repeat this until it gets brown.
  4. Mix walnuts into the dough.
  5. Put the dough back on the heat another 1–2 times. When it gets brown solidly, the dough is finished.
  6. Place the dough into a flat container and let it cool.
