  1. Put sugar, soy sauce, and water in a pan. Simmer until sugar melts and boils, stirring so as not to burn.
  2. Add rice flour, and mix well to form a dough.
  3. Heat dough in a microwave for 30–40 seconds, take it out, and mix well. Repeat this until it gets brown.
  4. Mix walnuts into the dough.
  5. Put the dough in the range 1 to 2 times again. When it gets brown solidly, the dough is finished.
  6. Place the dough into a flat container and let it cool.
