  • 2 cups (480 ml) yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, seeded and chopped very fine
  • 1/4 tsp dried mint, crumbled, or 1 tsp fresh, chopped

Procedure[edit | edit source]

Mix all the ingredients and chill thoroughly to let the flavors develop.
