Tilapia fish pepper soup is a typical Nigerian side dish prepared from tilapia fish.

- Whole tilapia fish
- Water
- Onion, sliced
- Chile pepper, ground
- Palm oil
- Fresh ginger, ground
- Salt to taste
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Remove unwanted substances from tilapia fish, then rinse well.
- Place the tilapia in a pot, and cover with water. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the onion, pepper, palm oil, ginger, and salt to taste. Add more water if necessary.
- Cover pot, and cook fish until done.
